Priority One Home Care offers specialized non- medical assistance to seniors and disabled individuals. Caregivers assist with homemaking and personal activities, allowing their client to live comfortably and safely in the privacy of their own home. The type of services Priority One provides includes:

 

•Mouth and denture care

•Shaving

•Finger and toenail care (no cutting)

•Grooming hair-shampooing, combing, oiling

•Bathing or bed bath-shower or tub (partial or complete)

•Assist with dressing

•Assist with toileting-bed pan, commode/chair, or urinal

•Reminds participant to take medication

•Assist with eating

•Transferring or changing the participant’s body position

•Assist in ambulation

•Assures that rooms are clean and in order

•Prepares shopping list

•Purchases and stores groceries

•Prepare and serve meals

•Laundering, ironing, sweeping, mopping, and dusting

•Run errands

•Cleans and operate equipment in the home such as the vacuum cleaner, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and small appliances

•Changes linen and makes the bed

•Cleans the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots and pans
